Look what I found at http://www.net-a-porter.com/ It's adorable!!! The blouse is by Elizabeth and James and the name of the blouse is Tokyo sequined top. This would be so hot for a night out on the town or hitting a summer concert. I would pair this of course with black stretch skinny jeans and a pair of black sandals or a platform pump.
